Tiff & Jono in Tokyo – 2020 Paralympics

October 31, 2021 by admin

If you’d been watching the news or keeping up with our Social Media posts you would have seen the success of the Australian Olympic Team and the Australian Paralympic Team at the recent Tokyo 2020 games.  Despite the fear that the Covid pandemic would cancel the games for yet another year, we all waited with bated breath and were rewarded with 30 days in our 4 month lockdown period with non-stop action in the pool and on the sports fields.  There were many, many nail biting finishes and some disappointment but these athletes were at the top of their games in the most highly sort after competition in the world.

We want to congratulate our very own Tiffany Thomas Kane, two-time Paralympic medallist and world record holder who competed in Tokyo in 3 events and brought home 2 individual Bronze Medals!  Woohoo!!! Amazing results again Tiff and we’re all so very, very proud of you!  Congratulations to Coach Jon Bell, two time Australian Paralympic Coach, your successes in the water speak volumes!
