What an exciting weekend! With 42 Piranhas swimming 154 events over 2 long days of competition, there were lots of PBs, National times and new records plus 33 medals and 64 Top 10 Finishes resulting in Warringah coming 3rd in the Medal tally and 5th in the Pointscore overall. Combined Snr and Jnr Metros we also placed 5th among some stiff competition!
Huge congratulations to Luke Higgs for breaking the NSW Metropolitan record in the Boys 14yrs 1500m Freestyle in an enormous program with back to back tough events over the weekend!! Luke also still holds the Boys 12yrs 800m Freestyle Metropolitan Record, the Boys 13yrs 400m Freestyle Metropolitan Record and the Boys 13yrs 1500m Freestyle Metropolitan Record. Well done Luke for another outstanding achievement!
