SMNE Development Skills Clinics – Lane Cove Aquatic Centre
The Sessions will be supported by Biomechanist, Gio Postiglione from KPSC with underwater filming and testing, we will also have EO Swim Better on site providing a product testing of their gear. These clinics will be held in the outdoor pool so swimmers should dress appropriately for an outdoor venue.
2 hour skills clinics will be held in three groups as follows:
Junior 8-12 Years – 10am-12pm
Age 13-15 Years – 12pm-2pm
Senior 16 Years & Over – 2pm-4pm
