DESCRIPTION:Date & Time\nSaturday 4th February\, 2023 \nEntries Close: 11:59pm Wednesday 25th January 2023 \nLocation\nSydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre\nOlympic Boulevarde\nSydney Olympic Park\nHomebush 2127 \nHelpful Information:\nThere is an athletics carnival on at the same time so parking might be troublesome.  Usually you would park in P2 but if that one is full you will need to park in P3. \n \nNeed to scratch?  Click HERE \nSEATING:  Warringah normally tries to sit in the black seats in the western grandstand.  ALL parents and spectators MUST remain in the grandstand.  You are not permitted to go downstairs onto the pool area unless you are officiating or timekeeping.  Parents/spectators found to be anywhere on pool deck\, in the marshalling areas or in the athlete bathrooms risk having their swimmer scratched from the meet.  If your swimmer needs your help\, they should go upstairs to you rather than you going down to them. \nSELF MARSHALLING:  Swimmers should know their event #\, Heat #\, Lane # (found in the program on Friday) \nThe timing and program is subject to change. \nSwimmers should aim to arrive at the pool around 90 minutes prior to their first event so they can familiarise themselves with the pool and see the coaches at least 60 minutes prior to events for warm up and race instructions. \nPlease see SMNE website for ALL other updates. \n  \nVolunteer Roster\nPlease sign up HERE to volunteer a small amount of your time.  It is a condition of all meets that parents volunteer in some capacity to help run the meet.
